What kind of file can I upload?
EPUB books up to 50 MiB. Analysis checks language, structure and word count before payment. Protected or encrypted files are not accepted; PDF and DOCX are not supported.
Which languages are available?
Translate from English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German or Italian. Targets include English, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish (Latin America or Spain), French, German and Italian. You choose the target after the analysis, among the languages different from your book’s. The page’s language comes selected when it differs from the book’s. You can change it before payment.
Is a person translating my book?
No. BookLang translates with AI, using the book’s context to keep names and terms consistent, and automatically checks structure, coverage and language before delivery. As with any machine translation, nuance and style may not come out perfect.
How does analysis work and what does it cost?
$6.99 per book up to 100,000 words; longer books are priced proportionally, in US dollars (USD). We analyze your EPUB to confirm the total before you enter your email or pay. Books above 300,000 words require a custom quote.
When am I charged?
Uploading and analyzing your EPUB does not start a charge. After reviewing your quote, you decide whether to continue to payment through Stripe. Translation starts after payment confirmation.
How do I receive my translation?
Our expected delivery time is within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Queues or automated checks may take longer. You track your order through a private link. When your translation is ready, it is on that page and we email you. The download stays available for 30 days after the translation is ready.
What if delivery takes longer than 24 hours?
Queues, pauses or automated checks can extend delivery time. Write to [email protected] with your order link and we will check your order. Do not pay again.
How do I contact support?
Email [email protected] with your order link and a description of what happened. Never send your card details.
Who can access my files?
Your file stays in private storage. Service providers receive only what they need to process the order. BookLang does not publish or sell your book. Your private link shows the order status; downloading in another browser requires an emailed access code. Keep your link private.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Before payment, we explain issues found during analysis. If your paid order fails or pauses, keep its link and contact [email protected] so we can review the problem. Do not pay again.
What if the translation has a problem?

Can I upload any book?
