What kind of file can I upload?

English-language EPUB books up to 50 MiB. Analysis checks whether we can process your file. Protected or encrypted EPUBs are not accepted; PDF and DOCX are not supported.

Which languages are available?

You can translate from English to Brazilian Portuguese. The English and Portuguese options in the menu only change the website language.

How does analysis work and what does it cost?

Pricing is proportional to word count: $6.99 per 100,000 words, with a minimum of $6.99, in US dollars (USD). We analyze your EPUB to confirm the total before you enter your email or pay. Books above 300,000 words require a custom quote.

When am I charged?

Uploading and analyzing your EPUB does not start a charge. After reviewing your quote, you decide whether to continue to payment through Stripe. Translation starts after payment confirmation.

How do I receive my translation?

You track your order through a private link. Once the result is released, the EPUB is available on your order page and we send an email notification. Downloads are available for 30 days after the result is approved.

Who can access my files?

Files are kept in private storage and processed by the services used for analysis, translation, and delivery. Your order link grants access to its status and, when available, the download. Keep it safe and only share it with people you authorize.

What happens if something goes wrong?

For a temporary failure, the page offers a retry. If the file cannot be analyzed, we explain what to do before payment. If a paid translation fails or needs checking, your order status shows it; keep your link to follow updates.

Can I upload any book?

Only upload books for which you hold the necessary rights or have permission to upload and translate. We ask you to confirm that permission before uploading.
